THIS HOME HAS 4 BEDROOMS-THEY ARE ORIGINAL, IT ALSO HAS A FIRE PLACE
THAT IS ALSO ORIGINAL. WHY WOULD THIS NOT BE LISTED IN THE HOME INFO? HOW DOES ONE GO ABOUT GETTING INFO UPDATED ON
YOUR SYSTEM?

Did you know that your maps for the addresses I entered are incorrect?

For instance 3750 N Prescott St is on the NE corner of N Prescott and Kino Ave.,,not on the corner of Sunshine. Also 3169 Kino Ave. is also on the NW corner of Kino Ave. and Prescott and not on Melody........your site is not very useful if the maps have all the addresses wrongly placed

home is at 3037 kessler ln gilbert Arizona. the aerial picture shows the corner house when in fact it is the house next door to the east.

how often do the aerial pictures change?

Yes, I live at 37515 S. Spoon drive, but the house you have identified as being mine is across the street and two home up the block. This is a bigger home with a larger mortgage payment. It's just wrong. Hate to see this mix-up.

Rent VS Buy.... Why buy in North Scottsdale?

I'm a long-time homeowner who recently moved to the area. I was amazed to see that prices are so completely out of whack as compared to rents. When I started looking in my current neighborhood, there were 10 homes for rent, and the rent was less than half what it would cost to buy, when you factor in taxes and insurance. There are also 10 homes for sale in the same neighborhood, ranging from $300-450k. These homes were built in 1999 and sold then for $150-200k then...

Why would anyone buy a house here? I really like the area, however the math just doesn't work. Zillow says the zip code is 58% renters... did the other 42% buy before the bubble, or is that the percentage of people who flunked math class?

our family has some land in Safford, by the prison, which has been almost worthless. this year the tax bill has quadrupled. any idea why ground by the prison has gone up in value? or is it just taxes that have gone up so much?
