If he won't talk, I would go to court and ask the court to order the sale or refinance of the house to get your name off the deed and mortgage.

As long as that house is in your name and on the mortgage, you credit and financial future belongs to your ex.

0 replies Sun, 24 Mar 2013 16:55:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Can-I-get-my-house-back-after-a-divorce/484485/ 2013-03-24T16:55:00Z How to pay taxes if I'm living in overseas http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/How-to-pay-taxes-if-I%27m-living-in-overseas/518353/ I would advise that you work with a local property manager to handle these issues for you. You could also have the taxes included in your mortgage payment.

0 replies Fri, 08 Nov 2013 14:27:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/How-to-pay-taxes-if-I%27m-living-in-overseas/518353/ 2013-11-08T14:27:00Z Would I be able to get the house if I get financed through my credit union http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Would-I-be-able-to-get-the-house-if-I-get-financed-through-my-credit-union/246699/ Yes, if your credit union provides home mortgages.

0 replies Thu, 18 Jun 2009 23:23:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Would-I-be-able-to-get-the-house-if-I-get-financed-through-my-credit-union/246699/ 2009-06-18T23:23:00Z When chain was broken in assignment but nonjudicial foreclosure by bank vs investors w/doc proof? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/When-chain-was-broken-in-assignment-but-nonjudicial-foreclosure-by-bank-vs-investors-w-doc-proof/333784/ Yes and no, the original lender did sell the home, but transfer and assignment of titel/deed/note never occurred. The mortgage servicer is the same institution that has been servicing for the original lender in the beginning of the note. The problem was that no form of workout could ever be done when it was initially in behind only two months due to going thru a divorce, would never receive any response from the so called original lender who the servicer began to refer to again once foreclosure preceedings began, initially they referred to the investors. Alot of this information came to the forefront as of recent going back over documents and correspondence received. I am aware that the note/loan can be sold off, but when that is done it is to be recorded and assigned through the county land records/registry. Thanks for your response/input, much appreciated.

0 replies Sat, 13 Mar 2010 21:55:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/When-chain-was-broken-in-assignment-but-nonjudicial-foreclosure-by-bank-vs-investors-w-doc-proof/333784/ 2010-03-13T21:55:00Z I am interested in buying http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/I-am-interested-in-buying/53894/ My lady and I have been preapproved for a home loan. We are looking for a price range in your price range. I was just thinking without a realtor you could save quite abit and perhaps pass a little of that savings on to a buyer. This is our first home, and we are trying to buy as much as possible for less as possible to help keep our mortgage low. Perhaps we could come to terms that would make a win win situation for both of us. What do you think.

0 replies Mon, 23 Apr 2007 20:47:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/I-am-interested-in-buying/53894/ 2007-04-23T20:47:00Z Are you presently using a Realtor. However not at the 118,000 price range. What is the least price you would take for you home. We are looking for something in the 105,000 range. I am very serious about buying.

0 replies Mon, 23 Apr 2007 21:08:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Are-you-presently-using-a-Realtor-I-looked-at-the-pictures-and-I-really-like-the-house/53897/ 2007-04-23T21:08:00Z
