Hi,I bought my house on Aug 2009, but Zillow still not have it updated yet, last transaction still shows 2004 with last owner. Anyone can explain..should I do something to get it updated? please help

zillow's stated last purchase price on my home is 100k low! how to get their attention?

i bought it in early spring 2004 for very close to 300k. their chart shows the price less than 200k. [193k] wrong, can be proven. just where is an email address on this site to get someone's help?

Do you think it is fair for Zillow.com to change their estimate after a home sells to a closer #?

My home had a veryl low "zestimate" and now that it has sold for $50,000 more that the zestimate zillow changed their former number to be within $500 dollars off from the sold price. Don't you think this is cheating so that buyers will think that their estimates are truly accurate. I don't think they should change this after the fact they should let home buyers know that their guess can and is WAY OFF many times. If buyers base their offers on this data they could lose out on some good deals. (I know as a seller I would have never sold my home for the estimate they gave)

Why is this home valued at $115,000 higher than any other home on the same street. It's bland/ugly

Look at the Zillow valuation of all the homes on Rocky Summit. They are all in the 290,000 to 320,000 range. Someone manipulated the price of this house. It's Zillow estimate is $115,000 too high.

Hi, I am a home owner that recently sold my home . I had my home on the market for $324,000, the "zestimate" posted on Zillow was $250,000 (which was way too low for my neighborhood). It was annoying that we got a few low ball offers defended by this "zestimate". We ended up selling fairley quick for this market at what we had wanted to get $300,000. So I just decided to look up sold homes and see my former home and how it appeared now that it sold for much more than the "zestimate". Well, guess what Zillow.com had now changed their zestimate to $299,500! I guess that makes them look like they are good and acurate with this guess at what a house is worth. I actually had a home buyer comment that when she looks up the sold homes that zillow is really right on with their "zestimate" , she trusted their advice. I find it very deceptive to change their estimate after a home sells and I obviousley know this to be true and have proof (print outs) to prove it. I call what they do cheating and I think it can hurt both buyers and sellers. Thank goodness the buyers of my home could see they were getting a great deal at the price they paid. My advice to home buyers don't pass up a good deal because of a inaccurate guess.

I emailed you yesterday about this and requested that you change the listing. You have removed the for sale red flag but it still has Mara Ackerman listed as my agent. She is not my agent, I do not have an agent and do not want an agent listed. The house is not for sale.
