I've updated the info for my home. How do I calculate what this 2007 rebuild is worth & comps,

Zillow & other sites incl. banks will only show much lowervalue of the original 1950 house before the 2007 gut & rebuild as well as all our post 2007 improvements. How do I get an up-to date valuation and comps to get a true late 2009 picture of the value?

Market in Newtown, CT. is down over 18% since house was purchased in August 2007 for $1.375,000.

Realistic selling s/b $1,125,000. That's the market reality. At that price, I'd seriously consider. Anything higher, it would be over priced.
