Trulia.com appears to have more updated information on the neighborhood. This house recently sold for much less ($329.5k) than the zillow price suggests. In addition, 10 Vining Lane, around the corner, from this property is currently listed by Patterson-Schwartz for $359.5k and is under contract. Zillow doesn't even have the house listed for sale!
