I am interested in this property. I would buy it if you do the financing. I have bad credit and can do about 1% down. Selling it would be better than holding on to it I would think and I will pay an higher interest rate making you more money. jaskohl@gmail.com

the schools are wrong for this area on your web sight. This area is in the shawnee Mission School

district. All the house are in Kansas and you have a Missouri schools listed.
This makes a big difference in home prices because the Kansas schools are much better. Please fix Thanks

This listing is just across the alley from my father's house. He goes there to eat almost every day. Portions of it are at least 75 years old. The front part was his gas station/grocery store in the 1960's, and had been owned and operated as such by at least two previous owners since before 1950. The portion at the other end of the one-story portion was a house of approximately the same vintage. Where you get 1980 as the date built is beyond me!!!
