I've heard that homes this large can have utility bills that average $400 per month. Can you tell me what the average for the last 6 months is in this house? Also, I saw one report that says this house has 3400 sf but your listing says 3700, which is correct? Thank you!

My great-great-grandfather, Edward Binz, was a tile-maker in the neighborhood around the time my house was built. It has been suggested that the tile in front of the fireplace in my house was made and installed by him. Is there any way that I can find this information? I think it would be very cool if there is a link between my new home and my family history!
