Also, your value is way off. Are you working with old data? Many updates and additions. House is assessed by town at $610K, and market value is closer to $700K.

Your answer to my Nov. 3 question, what does "claim their home" mean is not understandable in the English language. Please get someone to really answer who speaks English and write an answer that is understandable. ALSO I no longer have this listing and need to remove it. How do I do that?
