Please consider reviewing and changing the home comparisons for my home on 53061 Kyle Ct. Shelby Twp. MI. 48315. I feel 52525 Royal Forest and 13780 Timberwyck do not belong on the list. They have extra square footage, one over1,000 sq feet, higher walk values, extra rooms, one has an extra full bathroom. Our house has gone up thousands of dollars in value in just one month. Our house has no updates, An unfinsihed basement and needs new windows. It has the original windows. Some our broken. Our house is truely not worth what Zillow has listed it as.

Your estimates are incorrect. You are comparing off the water properties with the waterfront

Waterfront properties are always much higher than the same house in-land. LOCATION matters!
