I drove by a couple weeks ago and there was a FSBO sign in the yard. About a week later it was gone. You are the one with the nice back yard surrounded by woods and common ground to the right, correct?

I am interested in your property and have a few questions. First, why does the price on Zillow show you're asking $1? Why are you selling? What is the neighborhood like? Is it a fixer-upper and what is there that needs to be done and do you have any bids for the work?

I was very confused by this listing the pictures look great but when I look at the birds eye view and street view I see the home no where on this block can some I'm I just missing some thing here?
