My husband is being transferred to Helena with the USMC and we have been looking for a home to rent for months. We want something similar to the home we own in Idaho, we have not had any success. We are open to renting a home that is currently for sale. We would be willing to pay around $1,300 a month, (We are also paying our mortgage on the home we own in Idaho) while allowing a realtor to show the home to any potential buyers. Would this be an option for this home or any other homes in your listing?

We are currently awing the pending sale of our home in Idaho and looking to potentially buy a home in the Helena area shortly.
