I am the listing agent for this property yet I cannot change the listing price. Why?

I noticed that my email address has been changed to d.boldizsar@pjmorgan.com instead of the correct address of dboldizsar@pjmorgan.com. The above email is incorrect. Can you change it. I need to get into this listing and change the price to $133,900.00. Please let me know what happened.

or maybe the year they were put in. Im trying to replace a sash but pella said they could only replace the whole window. its a big pitcher window and the sides are still in great shape.

Our house was appraised by VA

Our was appraised by the VA when we refianced in May 09 and they appraised it for 2$$204,000. Zillow has our home appraised at $195,000. Would the VA appraisal bbe more aaccurate?
