My property is located in Pepper Pike Ohio 44124 at the corner of Fairmount Blvd and Brainard Road. The original parcel has been subdivided, three lots on Brainard two lots on Fairmount.

The orginal listed specs for our home were incorrect, we adjusted and Zestimate stayed the same. Why

The home was listed with only 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. We adjusted to the correct specs of 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a finished basement. Why did the Zestimate not increase?

Location picture shows a field - not the proper picture for my neighborhood. Only been over a year since I've noted this. Certainly calls into question how accurate the other information on homes is.

last year I purchased a house that had been abandone for some time and I have finished this home and I am now looking for another project house that I can purchase cheap.
