Why is my home listed twice with two different zestimates and different "home info"?

The zestimate for my home at 205k is the more accurate one when it comes to all the information about my home. I'm not sure why there are two different zestimate. Can one be taken off?

I am replacing the shingles on this home within 90 days. Any advice on selecting contractor?

The roof is original and I would rather be proactive and replace it now than to wait until it fails. There is leakage over the added room behind the garage; the pitch of the roof isn't sharp enough for shingles and I've been advised to have a vinyl-type covering adhered to it plus replace decking that has gotten wet. First bid was 6250...not bad, I believe...I just don't know how to validate that a contractor is "good" or "bad"...
