This home is on sale for 50% above the price paid in the high markets of 2006 (after price reductions)- Was it completely reconstructed or upgraded recently?

Asking price:217,900

I think that a fair offer would be in the 190,000 - 200,000 range to compenstate for the falling Zestimate.
