How do I get the zillow estimate value changed when there are only 3 comps to choose from?

The prices in our neighborhood are $120-$150 per square foot and my zillow estimate is half of that. My neighbor across the street at 8013 Seville Dr. has a zillow estimate double that of mine and I know my house is bigger, newer and has a lot more amenities. Hand scraped hardwood floors throughout the 1st floor just to name one. My value is 210k while his is over 400k? Something is really off and I know it is my ziIlow estimate since I know what I paid for this house one year ago. I zillowed my previous house that we moved from and it is valued more than my current house. This makes no sense at all since it is smaller and in a neighborhood where I know the price per square foot is lower. How can this be fixed? Can you use the comps used for 8013 Seville for my house?

This is a 100% violation of my privacy and I want all photos of my homes removed. All images that include the entire property at 901 w 12th ave and 897 w 12th ave chico,ca 95926

this is a violation and they MUST be removed.

Hi,
Last week I sent a question to you regarding why my zestimate was so inaccurate. My next door neighbor's house is 200 sq. ft. smaller and has never been updated. In contrast, unlike our neighbor's, we have a pool, a guest house with kitchen, and spent well over $200, 000 on upgrades--Why is our house listed as being $200,000 less than theirs, and why did you drop our 30 day value by $24,000 and theirs by only $6,000. I thought this was a reputable site, trying to provide accurate information. What gives?

Looking at street view the street is listed as Lehrer St. instead of Kilkee St. Kilkee St. is the correct name.

I have taken a new virtual tour and added it to my listing at kriegsmanhomes.com which is linked to Zillow but the old one is still showing. What else can I do to change it?

Im currently in process of a bankcrupcy. I need to get an equivalent of an appraisal for an estimate of my mobile home. The most recent comparable sold for $35K just across my street. Though my home is listed at $345K in zillow. My home is NOT worth $345K, and I do not own the land.

How to report my photos from Zillow used for fraud Craigslist rental ads to cheat people?

String of people showing up at our house after fraudulent Craigslist ads using our photos from Zillow.com. Attempt to cheat potential renters out of $1300.00. Ads taken down and then put back up intermittently, but we have emails supplied by duped interested renters as evidence of scam. Where do I report this to Zillow?

My house is not for sale, however Zillow is listing it for sale for $2000

This is about 360k less than FMV. I have used zillow to mark the house as not for sale, however, this refreshes each day.

When Zillow - without my authority - lists this property for sale it links to a listing on point2.com [ http://listings.point2.com/1000694634/ ].
