My house is not for sale, however Zillow is listing it for sale for $2000

This is about 360k less than FMV. I have used zillow to mark the house as not for sale, however, this refreshes each day.

When Zillow - without my authority - lists this property for sale it links to a listing on point2.com [ http://listings.point2.com/1000694634/ ].

I just got off of the phone with a zillow rep...

I received a call because I posted an answer to a question, and the agent who posted the question claimed that my comment was derogatory. So after speaking to the rep I found out what my post was flagged for. The property is for sale in NY, I live and practice in the state of NJ and therefore should not be answering questions regarding properties since i am not marketing it or a potential buyer of said property (this directly from someone who claimed to be a zillow rep)

I then asked how was my comment derogatory, as all i did was point out misinformation in the tax credit, the agent said that you need to settle the property before the 30th of April. I pointed out that you only need to be under contract by that date. But, the main reason for the removal of my post as stated by said supposed zillow rep "you should not buy a home based on a tax credit but based on the fact that you are financially and mentally ready to buy".

I was under the impression that zillow was made for the sharing of information and benefit of all. I apologize

Im currently in process of a bankcrupcy. I need to get an equivalent of an appraisal for an estimate of my mobile home. The most recent comparable sold for $35K just across my street. Though my home is listed at $345K in zillow. My home is NOT worth $345K, and I do not own the land.

How to correct an address

I live at 8213 Molokai Drive in Papillion, NE 68046. The satilite image and information for my home is incorrect. The satilite image for 8303 Molokai Drive is my home. See link below. The information is also incorrect. My home has five bedrooms with 4.5 baths. The house does have two kitchens, approximately 5400 square fee and approximately 1400 sq. ft of deck. We are lake side with a private beach and private floating dock / boat lift.

Can you help correct your information?

Hello, when I look up my home address, it shows 2 buildings listed there and no zestimate for either. Could someone manually change this? The address is 11625 pheasant creek dr in fort worth tx.

Ok, I think we take a 'temperature' of the economy every now and then here. Prices have gone down. I always said that eventually there would be a disruption in the supply chain. Yesterday I saw that Eggo's is gone for at least 8 months due to a number of reasons, including a flood at the plant. Today, they said that Kellogg's is going to have trouble for 8 months.

My question is... Is it time for us to restock our vast supplies? Pls give your opinions. Thanks!!

Price and phone number

I Received my regular update"Listing Rport" from Zillow on my house, dated November 23, 2009. Unfortunately, the price was wrong and so was the phone number. If someone was just browsing I'm sure they would just pass it by because of price or if they tried to call would not get me.It is MLS # 548589 (88855 Old Highway, Tavernier, FL ). When I signed in to change it the price was right and so was the phone but on the initial picture and info all the info was wrong. Please help. Its tough enough to sell in a market like we are in now let alone have the house priced 374,000 more than it is and with a wrong number.!!!!!! Thanks.

We refinanced in October of 2008 and added an additional amount to our existing loan. Only that amount is showing up as the "sale price."
