Does Zillow support history?

Home valudations on Zillow change over time. Does Zillow support displaying what a particulars home value is over the last one, two or three years?

I have looked up my properties and location is incorrect.Size, Value many instances with several properties.No way to contact by phone number or email on website.A prospective buyer was discouraged by info given incorrectly on the Zillow site.This site can be very informative if info is correct otherwise it can also prove to be detrimental to other situations if the info is incorrect.

Inaccurate Information

I looked up my house, it's not for sale, and found that there was inaccurate information about it. It said that there is 1.5 baths in this house, but there are 2.0 baths.

Why does the Owners Estimate add BOTH the Original Zestimate AND the Comps?

This is very confusing...see this example of my home: 1920 Yukon Drive, Bolingbrook, IL. The Original Zestimate chose 50 homes which were basically all 4 bed/2.5 bath homes in my area, and my home has 5 beds/3.5 baths, partially finished attic, finished walk out basement, and newly landscaped/remodeled...so I picked 10 homes to comp which were all between $400k-$500k, so now the new value range is close to $700k? That does not make any sense....what am I missing here?

Zillow search

(hopefully this didn't already post... didn't see it, but got a strange message the first time...)

A change in the search function made a few months ago has raised a concern... I use zillow daily looking for comparables, both sold and listed; I've always liked zillow better than most of the other websites as it covers most areas very well (I look at properties all over the country) and gives me both sold and listed comparables on the same page.

My concern is that now when I specify a time frame, say 6 months, it filters out any listings that have been on the market for 6 months or longer. Is there any way to be able to specify just a time frame for the sold comparables, and still see all listings? More often than not it doesn't cause much of an issue, but in markets where it may be typical for properties to be listed for 6+ months before selling, it makes it somewhat difficult.

I'm sure others would find this beneficial as well, seeing just the recently sold comparables while being able to view the active listings, even with lengthy DOM. Or maybe I'm just hoping for some support so that the zillow folks will consider adding a function like this should it not be an option at this time ;)

Wrong info on my home

I was checking the value of my which you provided to yahoo and the information regarding my home is all wrong. First of all, the home was built in 1990. The square footage is 3100 not 2295. I have not added on to the home. Please correct this infor.

Petition to not ban Bob Phillips

I don't know where else I would get my dose of humor from were he to actually be banned. Please don't do such a thing. But I would like to address his accusations of unfairness and bias. They are bogus, much like his NAR-inspired market analysis that all-but dismisses the impacts of our governments market manipulation, instead using the results of which to help lure future buyers into financial peril. But I digress...

Bob, if you think you're being treated unfairly, I'd like to remind you what your posts in the last 48 hours have included. This would be a pretty hefty load of insults even for me to unload, but you're supposed to at least PRETEND to be a professional.

(note: I am in no way suggesting with this collection of hostile remarks that I am above name-calling, nor am I trying to make a case against Mr. Phillips. I just want him to realize that there isn't a double-standard, merely that he's suffering from a strong dose of reality after decades of working in an industry that has the first and ONLY word in real estate, therefore dissent and adversarial opinions are a strange phenomenon that he's struggling with.)

Value of Home

I would like to know why the value of my Home in Zillow has dropped from just under $450k to 417k in the last 2 month. I did refinance and the appraisal was 417k. Problem is that I paid for that appraisal and am contesting it and need to know if that imformation was shared. If so, I have a real problem with it.
