Problems with Zillow account

I created a Zillow account, and set a "make me move" amount for my house at 13835 Valley Vista, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423. I went to change the amount, and it won't recognize my email address. Maybe I entered my email address incorrectly when I first set up the account? In any case, what can I do now. I created a new account, but it won't let me identify it with the house.

Zillow Staffers An Incorrect Sales Price Is Inflating My Zestimate--Can You Please Correct??

Zillow Staffers--

Zillow has the Last Sale Price on my home (address: 663 Forest Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15202) listed as $830,000, but it should be closer to $82,000 according to all of the county's websites (assessor, taxes, etc.) and my loan paperwork. My Zestimate is way out of whack because of this typo, and I plan to list my house for sale soon, so I would like to make sure it is corrected before anyone looks it up on your site. Can you please correct this information on your website??

My fiance and I both own homes and have lived in them for about 6 years each, our incomes do not exceed the thresholds. We are getting married in May 2010. This may be a longshot, but is there any creative way we could both claim the $6,500 by selling both our places and purchasing a single new house? We are some of the lucky ones to be in this position to qualify, trying to figure out the best way to take advantage. Thanks in advance.

Today I am thankful that my father's medical emergency was recognized and corrected before it did irreparable damage. I am thankful my niece is in capable and communicative medical hands. I am thankful part of my family will come together to laugh and love and celebrate, and all of my family and friends will call and share and be together in spirit even though wide expanses of the globe separate us physically. Every day, I am thankful. But today I stop and think about it.

Variation in Zestimate values for adjacent homes with same floor plan, sq. footage & lot size.

I recently bought a home and at the time of buying, the Zestimate was 480K (5K greater than what I paid). In the last two weeks, the Zestimate rose to 484K and then drastically fell by 15.5K to 468.5K. However, similar homes on the same street have not suffered such a drastic fall. Houses with exactly similar floor plans that are right adjacent and behind my house have a Zestimate of 475K. Other houses with the same floor plan and sq. footage on the opposite street have a Zestimate of ~480K. It seems that only my house (among 5-7 houses with same floor plan / sq. footage in the same neighborhood) suffered such a drastic drop. I understand that the Zestimate is only an algorithmic approximation but then I'd expect two houses that are right beside each other on the same street (with the same curb appeal) that are exactly similar in sq. footage, lot size, floor plan, house info to have very close Zestimates. In addition smaller houses in the same community also seem to have a higher Zestimate (~480K). Is there some kind of glitch that would explain this? I could provide more specific details on the house if needed.

I also understand that there is no substitue for a professional's evaluation but it still hurts to have your home potentially undervalued by a popular site especially after you've just bought it.
