I am taking a light semester next semester since I am graduating in the summer. I live in Las Vegas btw. A few fellow students do real estate and they said it is really convenient to work around their studies. One of them is a pre med student. Another student just does rentals and he brings in about 3600 a month. Groupon has 75% off licensing courses right now at a few locations, and I was thinking of taking one next month after I finish my GRE studying over winter break. Any advice?<br \><br \>8 replies Mon, 16 Dec 2013 04:09:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Would-you-recommend-a-college-student-soon-to-be-graduating-to-get-a-license/521714/ 2013-12-16T04:09:00Z Need advice on Rate Plug and Listing Booster http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Need-advice-on-Rate-Plug-and-Listing-Booster/549778/ <div>I am interested to here pros and cons of rate plug from fellow agents. I do show up next to listings in my zip codes but not any other place on Zillow. I am not on the agent directory, if you type agents serving my zip codes, I am not on there. Type my last name in a search. Nothing. I have gone to my Zillow rep twice for this but can't get it resolved. My rep has checked and acknowledges that I am not included on their agent directory list but doesn't think it is important to be on that list. In his opinion, nobody looks at those lists. I just took a listing that I was up against three other agents that were selected for interviews by the seller from that list. I only got in there because of other marketing that I had done and very good follow up. Any help to resolve why I am not on the agent directory is appreciated.<br \><br \>6 replies Thu, 18 Oct 2012 16:04:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/I-am-not-on-the-agent-directory/464682/ 2012-10-18T16:04:00Z Listing Agreement, Offer and Acceptance, and Closed in LESS than 30 days!! http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Listing-Agreement-Offer-and-Acceptance-and-Closed-in-LESS-than-30-days/454934/ We had a client list his home that was in a hurry to sell.
