For some reason the sticky functionality isn't working for Articles. So I'll use this Discussion for two purposes. First to show you the way to set up TwitterFeed to automatically tweet your activities on Zillow. I wrote step-by-step instructions.

Second to invite ideas from y'all about twitter and Zillow and what would be interesting to you. Anyone?

I am not the home owner but I recently visited the property at 23 Heron Road, Norwalk, CT and also received the sales literature from the real estate agent. Zillow has the incorrect number of bedrooms for this house as two. In fact, it has four bedrooms.

When will new listings be posted for change of real estate offices?

December 15, 2008, my affiliation with Gaslight Properties GMAC was terminated and the office was closed down on December 31, 2008. My affiliation is now with Century 21 Advantage and the listings I have there now need to be posted. There are still pictures from the Gaslight listings that appear on my sight and those need to be removed.

I want to know if there is a way to provide an excel spreadsheet with property address for 100+ properties at one time with the purpose of obtaining Zillow valuations in an automated feed instead of manually entering the addresses. Can this be done?

AGENTS: Good news. Full commissions on short sales through Fannie

Don't you hate it when the banks start arbitrarily cutting commissions on short sales? Well, as of March 1, any bank dealing with a Fannie Mae backed loan can no longer cut your commissons. Provided the total commissions are not in excess of 6-percent of the sales price. [Sounds like price fixing?]

But at least the banks can no longer ignore legal, valid listing contracts. And we are no longer asked to cut our commission when the bank is figuring out it's net.

Hi, all,

I see on zillow.com site that for each search, you provided the HOUSE-FOR SALE information around the search address. But i donot found it available in the existing APIs.

May I ask if zillow provides the HOUSE-FOR-SALE information in API, please? If i want to get it, is it possible to retrieve from zillow, please?
