For some reason the sticky functionality isn't working for Articles. So I'll use this Discussion for two purposes. First to show you the way to set up TwitterFeed to automatically tweet your activities on Zillow. I wrote step-by-step instructions.

Second to invite ideas from y'all about twitter and Zillow and what would be interesting to you. Anyone?

200 Persimmon Dr Apt A Pinebluff NC has several Bad photos from a previous listing agent. One of these photos also includes the agents contact information.

Many of our listings in our xml feed are not showing. Example: MLS 2699016 & 2800852 (same listing)

We have an XML Feed with about 7000 Listings, and we continuely have properties that do no show. (Not refering to duplicates that are already on Zillow from another source.

Feedback Wanted: Local Market Explorer WP Plugin

For those looking to add city data to a wordpress blog, we have a new WP plugin for you to try out -- it's called Local Market Explorer. The plugin includes data from Zillow, Yelp, Education.com, Walk Score, and Flickr.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone had any thoughts on LinkedIn and any success using to connect resulting in business?

I've used the other sites (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Activerain, Localism, etc) and received success in getting leads.

Just curious as to whether anyone finds value in LinkedIn and how they've used it to market and find business.

I know I use the Answers and Group aspect, but mainly as a way to connect with other real estate and mortgage professionals or to connect with my current sphere.

I am not the home owner but I recently visited the property at 23 Heron Road, Norwalk, CT and also received the sales literature from the real estate agent. Zillow has the incorrect number of bedrooms for this house as two. In fact, it has four bedrooms.

When will new listings be posted for change of real estate offices?

December 15, 2008, my affiliation with Gaslight Properties GMAC was terminated and the office was closed down on December 31, 2008. My affiliation is now with Century 21 Advantage and the listings I have there now need to be posted. There are still pictures from the Gaslight listings that appear on my sight and those need to be removed.

Obtaining Zillow Valuations on Multiple Properties Via Automated Feed

I want to know if there is a way to provide an excel spreadsheet with property address for 100+ properties at one time with the purpose of obtaining Zillow valuations in an automated feed instead of manually entering the addresses. Can this be done?
