New agent, working for a company with no training..

Hello!
I recently passed my IL exam, and have just started working with a smaller, yet established, RE company. Ive been coming to work for two weeks now with very little direction from anyone about what my next step is. I know that the bigger companies offer training (for a price!!), but they also charge desk fees (some are up to $2000). I did not have to pay any desk fee here. So, I guess my question is.. would it be in my best interest to move to a bigger company that offers more direction and higher fees or stay here, suck it up, and attempt to learn the business solo?

I have tried twice to create an ad that I didn't finish for various reasons, but cannot save it. What's the deal? No drafts, like in postlets or craigslist? How lame is that! Especially since one of the times it wanted me to verify my ad, I hit "Call My Phone," and it neither called nor offered a solution except for a help desk ticket. Time down the drain.
Also, why is the rental ad listing data info so sales centered?
I miss Postlets and am peeved that Zillow isn't taking their lead on the rental side of things after buying them out. Wish it could still post to Craigslist and wasn't being phased out for an inferior option.

Condo conversion fraud?

Bought a condo conversion three years ago. Only 7 of 32 units were sold, the rest are being rented out, with the owner making no attempt to sell. The building has not been fully converted (half done lobby, hallways not redone, etc.) and the developer has since sold the building to a new owner. The homeowners do not have control of the association or access to any of its finances. What can be done??

My landlord does not collect the checks for rent but has me take them to the bank and put them into her account. There is a gas leak in the house and there has been since i looked at it, when i told her about it she blamed it on me having 4 friends over and said it must have been me and tried to make me pay for the repair. she also has a mortgage out on the house and i do not know if the mortgage note has specific stipulations against leasing out the house or a room of the house??? ps the lease was just a copy of a lease not an original

Our company syndicates to Zillow and my name and picture are next to my listings, however it gives contact info of a different agent in my office and THEIR web URL... I pay to be on zillow sperately as well... Yet it shows Kevin Snow's Info and I am Sophia Klopas... HELP!!!!

Can I require my tenants to move out a certain time on their lease end date???

I always have this issue with the turnaround of apartments. Someone moves out the end of the month and another moves in first of the month. Tenants moving out have up to midnight to move out. We have maintenance go in first thing in the morning, but realistically it is impossible to have all units prepared for the new tenants. Would it be legal for me to determine the time of the required move out. For eg: 10:00am on the last day of the month?? Or do they legally have a right to the apartment until midnight?

current lease says signs up to 60 day prior to expiration (which is 5/2012). I have no other choice than foreclosure. What are my rights?

I had this property listed last year. We never sold the property, but took it off the market. You have it listed as sold. The unit which actually sold was unit #3A. Can you please correct this error?
