About management company to manage your property

I'm considering purchasing an investment property out of state and require a managemet company to manage this property. If the property I'm purchasing already has a tenant who is willing to sign another year's lease, is it worthwhile for me to hire a management company to handle all the needs and services of this property, or should I manage it remotely, so as a problem arise, I'd just call a local guy there to handle any problem. (Currently I do have property in another state that is managed on a need basis, hence saving me a lot of cost). THx.

Hello. My realtor had my house posted on Zillow. I have since decideand to rent it out and want to post it on zillow. I can't post post it since the address is already listed. My realtor told me he took it down from zillow yesterday, but it is still there. Did he not actually pull it down, or does it take zillow time to refresh? thanks

why wuold one borkers rate be so much lower than the others that are quoting me? they all received the same info
