I would like to list at 4% (2% each side). &nbsp;I know there are brokers out there that believe in providing professional service at a fair price, as I do. I list at 4% in my market, and provide 1% of sales price rebates to my buyers on 3% co-ops, so I'm not asking anything unreasonable. &nbsp;</p><p class="p2">If you are one of those people trying to desperately cling to the old, and in my opinion dying, 6% model, please do not debate me here.
