I am not the home owner but I recently visited the property at 23 Heron Road, Norwalk, CT and also received the sales literature from the real estate agent. Zillow has the incorrect number of bedrooms for this house as two. In fact, it has four bedrooms.

I want to know if there is a way to provide an excel spreadsheet with property address for 100+ properties at one time with the purpose of obtaining Zillow valuations in an automated feed instead of manually entering the addresses. Can this be done?

Is Zillow API provided house for sale information, please?

Hi, all,

I see on zillow.com site that for each search, you provided the HOUSE-FOR SALE information around the search address. But i donot found it available in the existing APIs.

May I ask if zillow provides the HOUSE-FOR-SALE information in API, please? If i want to get it, is it possible to retrieve from zillow, please?

SearchResults API no results for specified address found

Guys I need some help here. When I call SearchResults API for 255 LOWRYS LN, BRYN MAWR PA 19010 I get 502 Error(Error: no results for specified address found). But when I search for this property on your site I can find it no problem.
Please help.

Automated Data Submission

Hi,

We have submitted data feed last week on xml format, but didn't get any notification about the feed at my email. On 30th September 2009 we submitted another feed ( http://www.conlonrealestate.com/zillow-feed-tf.xml ). We need to know if there is any correction to be made. Can you please let me know if we need to do some correction on them. If our today's feed is accepted then what will happen with the feeds we have submitted before? Are those xml files will override with latest one? Please let me know.

Using Zillow for Research

Hello,

We are researching US household water efficiency. Zillow could be a fantastic resource for collecting information on factors that affect water use in our area, such as lot size and number of bathrooms. However, this seems to violate the terms of service, which forbids storing data from zillow.

Can anyone tell me who to contact to ask about using the site to conduct research. I work for a nonprofit, public-benefit organization, and we would certainly give attribution to zillow for providing data.
