Our property at 8758 Cricket Tree Lane, 46260, has 2.5 baths and has been aappraised at 311,000. It is located on the lake, while other properties in our ccommunity are not. While I understand that may or may not have much to do with wwhat someone will pay, the appraiser cannot be that far off on property value.

How can I get an idea as to the current value of my home?

I'm interested in refinancing at a lower rate and we have a 2nd mortgage on it right now. I'd love to combine them and get a lower rate but with the drop in values, it wasn't possible in the past. We bought our home in 2005.

This site is not showing true value. I have a 2 bath home for one thing. I have a new roof, new siding & windows. Not to mention all the remodeling we have done in the kitchen & both baths! Please update your site, your hurting a very nice subdivision.

The info on my home is way off, sq footage is wrong, no bedrooms listed and only one bath listed. picture is very outdated, back yard has had several changes. I am thinking of listing my home and would like to see the truer value. Thank you, this is a great sight. millersharon@yahoo.com

How do I find the interactive map of home values?

I had a friend show me on his phone how he could find the value of any home. He could scroll around on the map. zoom in on any neighborhood and see the value of each house on an map. I want to do the same thing on my computer but all I can get is homes for sale or recently sold. Not just values of all homes.

I live at 8076 Shoreridge Terrace, Indianapolis, Ind and my home has 2300 sq ft. 2 1/2 baths..... was just recently appraised at 186,000. Please see that this information is corrected......immediately. thank you
