I read in responses to similar questions that I should state in the comments that I'm looking for a VA IRRRL or VA Streamline. <br/>I currently have a 30-yr VA loan at 6.1%. I'd like to refinance to a lower rate and also take the opportunity to get a new A/C system installed.
