Mortgage broker to assist international buyers?

I am a non-resident alien, looking to borrow to purchase a property in Seattle or Denver.

Does anyone know of a mortgage broker that can assist? I will be purchasing on a tourist visa. Most banks are not too interested in helping (or in the case of Citibank, will lend but at an unrealistic premium of 4%). I have sufficient home equity and income.

I asked this question earlier but I have not received any brokers details.

i have a moble home in chiefland ,trenton fl i own it out right ,no morgage and my property i need to get a morgage to do home improvements its worth 99.000 i need to borrow 35000 but i have not ood credit also my husband has an exelent job as a forman suporvisor in gainesville for painter masonary 7 years at present job i bought the home in 2005 do you do morgages for moble homes in this area

What loan products are available to us, not a construction loan please? Prefer a 30 year fixed product. Can finish out in 60/90 days. Building is one year old with 20 units, 15 sold and occupied with two partially finished penthouses available for sale. We close on $400k cash purchase 12/4/09.

Current ltv is about 80%. anyone know a banker who would finance upto 90% or 100%? also what is the difference between a home loan and HELOC. Are HELOC rates lower? Would appreciate any info. thanks.

I wanted to do a 203k streamline but have read horror stories on the internet and even lenders who offer it says no one has had good experiences with it. What are alternatives? My goal is to buy the house and then put ~$30k of work in to it.

Can I buy using FHA, then immediately get a HELOC for any equity I have in the house and use that?

Other options?

My home appraisal came higher than I expected, giving me an LTV of 70%. Can I use this appraisal for acquiring a home equity loan? Are lenders that strict that I have to go through their appraisers only, even for a home equity loan?
