My husband is upset that I put my name first on all the documents and his second. Is there a way to correct this so that on the public records (survivorship deed) it shows husband and wife names instead of wife and husband order?

3 replies Sat, 24 Mar 2012 21:27:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Changing-the-order-our-names-appear-on-mortgage-deed-and-note/436499/ 2012-03-24T21:27:00Z HAMP just sent paperwork, my pymt is not $80+ than original payment - WTH? With the builder contribution I locked at 4.75 when the market was at 4.85 - 4.9 . Now that the market has trended down to 4.6s is there a way I can/should talk to the mortgage company to see if they will modify to lower ?

I'm happy with what I have - 4.75 but if they can go lower and if I have leverage to do it (like a 30 day look-in period in Annuities and other financial instruments where changes and modifications are permitted), I may try and see what I can get.

Thanks !

4 replies Wed, 09 Jun 2010 23:05:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Modify-an-approved-3-days-ago-loan/353346/ 2010-06-09T23:05:00Z
