i applied with dunn and russell for a loan modification,so far paid 1,000 plus 850.00 i try to call but they never return my call ,im trying to send them an e-mail but it wont go through,now im starting to worry im behind on my payments and dont know what to do,is this company real?

I'm trying to get the code for the "recently sold" widget, which specifically says "his widget displays a list of the most recently sold homes in any state, city, neighborhood, or ZIP code in the country" ... but I can't get Zillow to recognize either the neighborhood or a ZIP that I want to use!

I have a property web site and Zillow is the syndicated site for www.628-652PacificAve.com on listingdomain and trulia. I had to manually upload more information for my other two listings yesterday and today. I spent alot of time posting a new listing because 628 Pacific Avenue in Rio Dell does not show up as my listing inventory. After completing posting and alot of time spent, I saved the data. To learn that Zillow took me back to start page and the listing still does not show up? This is very frustrating!

I just wanted to pass on some information concerning Internet advertising and how to avoid some scams. The past few months I've been looking for ways to grow my business. A few of these ideas came from a supposed lead generation company. They promised a deal stating that the first lead is x amount of dollars then it is roughly double. Which was fine because it was still not very expensive. Here is the problem. They tell you that these potential clients have all been screened and are ready to go. SURE! Also you will only receive leads for your zip codes you sign up for, and if it turns out to be a dead lead simply return the email within 2 weeks and you'll be credited a new lead. My first lead was from Florida (seller) I'm in New Jersey, the next lead was a seller looking for a estimate of value (not looking to sell), the third was from North Jersey. In the interim I returned several leads while never being crediting for any. Long story short, I had to dispute my charges because they were fraudulent and cancel my credit card because they keep sending leads even after I canceled the subscription. The company is based out of Nevada - Leads to Realty. I also recently subscribed to Zillow's showcase ads. Great salesman. I told him my skepticism, and he stated don't worry we have a 12 month contract. If your unhappy you can cancel with no penalty. Well I gave it 2 months with slightly over 13,000 ad clicks and not a single call or email. They told me it was my ad, but when they sent me the top ads mine was exactly the same. Go figure. I went to cancel this last evening and they proceeded to tell me that there is a 12 month contract with no release. I asked to speak withe the manager and salesperson and magically he never stated any of this to me.
