How do you keep private your last sale information on Zillow of your home? I see couple of my neighbors don't have information of the last sale in Zillow, Is there a way you could request or do that the last sale information is keep private?

We have credit scores of 636 & 638 we are both retired and would like to buy ,need help with down.

would like to buy again, we sold our home 4 years ago, we are looking in the 130,000 range so either one of us could make the payments if need be. we need help with down payment and closing costs how hard would it be for us or is there a chanch. income is 41,000 a year

Is there anyway to search by walk-score? It would save us hours of time! Not to mentioned now that everyone is looking to cut down on gas - I suspect it would help others too.
