My neighbor is renting a mobile home from a lady who comes in and out with no notice. Is this legal

My neighbor's landlady comes in and out of her house as she pleases. She glances all around as if inspecting the property for no reason. She counts visitors and the amount of time they stay there. This lady has no privacy whatsoever from this intrusive landlady. Are her actions legal, or is she taking advantage of my friend?

Newly Rented House Is Also For Sale

I have a one year lease in south carolina that was lonly started 2 months ago. When I rented the house I said i would be on a long term work assignment here (3-5 years) nothing was stated about the landlord trying to sell the house. Also nowhere in the lease agreement do i see anything about it being for sale or allowing it to be shown. I am starting to get nervous about how long I will be able to rent the house before it is sold and i have to find a new place. I was curious as to what my rights are and if i can refuse to let them show the house.

Public records incorrect which makes zestimate incorrect

I just added a new rental and the zestimate is reflecting info by public record which is incorrect. The public record indicates the home with <800 sq ft and only a 2/1. The home is really a 3/1.5 with 1584 sq ft. There used to be a way to claim the listing as a listing agent and correct the information so the zestimate will start to correct itself. I can't find where I can correct the data. Please help. Thank you.

Changing the price of my rental listing

I am trying to change the price of my rental listing for 569 Antebellum Lane, Mt. Pleasant sc 29464. I have tried 3 times to change the rental price, but it won't make the changes.
What am I doing wrong? Is there a 'bug' in the system that doesn't allow me to make this change?
