I am a first time homebuyer with a credit score of 666 (due to some late payments after being laid off in 2002 - I was planning to write a LOE to the lender). I make $77,000 a year and have had steady employment for the last 7 years. I have no credit card debt (just recently paid it all off) and I have a car payment of $360 a month.
I have $8000 total for down payment and closing costs and will have $6000 left in savings after closing on a house.

Will I qualify for an FHA loan? If so how much can I expect to be approved for?

Buying Multifamily in Columbus Ohio

I am a graduating college student moving to Columbus. I am looking to purchase a multifamily home in order to start investing in real estate. I was wondering what areas are strong for rental income and acceptable to purchase your first home. My maximum price I am able to pay for a house is $200,000. I am also looking primarily inside the 270 loop in order to stay close to work. However, I am willing to look outside the loop if the opportunity is good enough.

Why is it that I can NOT look through all 4,000+ listings of real estate for sale?

Ok, in a state, I've put my preferences into the search for homes. Ok, so I have 4,000+ listings found. I wanna be able to page for page go through them all. yes, ALL. Yet, it wont let me, once I reach the 20th page (which is absolutely not 4,000+ houses) it wont go any further, still the numbers 21,22,23 and >next are there, but when I click them it brings me right back to page 20, no further. This has been getting really annoying. I imagine zillow didn't expect to allow so many pages to be viewed. In addition, it'd be a smart thing to allow us to expand how many houses are listed per page. BUT with that said, we still should be able to view *all of our results stated! I'm sure this is an sql issue or something of the sort. Hopefully some webmaster of theirs will fix this problem.
