Offer: $280K, with $80K down, all closing costs covered.

What are some things I should pay look for in a home nobodys lived in, in 20 years?

The house hasnt been lived in for at least 20 years! The newest owner bought the house
12 years ago and has given it some attention some small updates.

Is there anything i should focus on more than others? I personally am concerned with the septic since it hasnt been frequently used!

Sometimes I found Zestimate prices for two houses are similar, but the asking prices have a big difference. Of course the conditions for the house (like the area, years of bulid etc.) are similar.

House we're interested in had a 63k drop in value on the latest zestimate. What could be the reason?

The house has continuously had a zestimate over the asking price, but had a drastic drop at lastest zillow posting. What could change the "value"? Other homes on the street did not have this kind of change (-63k). Any ideas?

I am viewing a property that the owner/someone edited the number of baths from 2.5 to 3.0, which I believe increased the Z-estimate. I know the property has 2.5 baths for a fact. How do you verify accuracy of this information and re-estimate more appropriately/accurately?

Are there any realtors in Westport familiar with this house? It seems very over priced, what is the avereage price per square foor for the grove point area?? What about 43 grove point why is that on the market for so long, it seems like a good price for the sq.ft.I am from out of town and am searching in the area via the internet. Thanks
