13th disability cont'd- final one hurting thx

13th disability cont'd- previous landlords which we dearly care for..i even waxed the floor under the kitchen fridge when we moved out in 2007 to ohio (i didnt wasnt to move...but we have NEVER LIVED ALONE TOGETHER TO DEVOTE TO EACH OTHER & JUST ENJOY EACH OTHER...WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD!!!! HAD TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYONE ELSE.... his brother wouldnt take care of her..he would throw food in shut the door and leave her...literally like he feds his dog better and treats his dog better than he did mom or DAD ON CHRIS 'S SIDE....AND I'VE WENT THRU IT ALL & WE BOTH NEED T GET OUR OWN PLACE SO BADLY BEFORE WE DIE i WOULD LIKE TO LIVE HAPPILY WITH THE MAN i WANTE TO SPED HE REST OF MY LFE WITH..WE;VE ALREADY PROVED WE LOVE EACH OTHER LOOK WHAT WE'VE WENT THRU & NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT BUT ACHY BONES AND ILLNESS BECAUSE WE TOOK CARE OF EVRYONE ELSEW PROBLEMS ..PLEAE HELP OR IF SOMEONE CAN HELP PLEAE LET US KNOW UCNA EMAIL ME- teri937 at yahoo.com.. we could really use a break...if we could just get us a home tyhen we coud put her into an place that would do her good & also help us too please I'm not embarassed for puttingy life out here for anyone to read..i should be but we are to a point htat i cant live likethis anymore I just had surgery & had gllbladdr out & chris couldnt take care of me & his mom help please sincerel teresa justt put disabilty cont'd in subjectline hurting have to go thx final over

9th disability cont'd- doesnt it count if the landlords sign a deposition telling about us & our payment history.?.right now we are back with our previous landlords (when we lived here in 2002-2007)..we were living in ky & had to move to ohio to tke care of his mom... but had to move from ohio..I didnt like it at all ..our drs etc are here in louisville ky.. we lived in ohio for 1 1/2 yrs & the landlord wanted us to buy his home... we had entertained it... but i dont like ohio to live there & the house was damp & needed alot of work. we were paying 1025.00 a month & shouldnt have been... it was clearly needing repairs it was made in the 40's & had small temporary fixes..that had turned into big jobs it needed plumbing. a new roof, & roots & yard would have been dug up to fix plumbing etc. the landlord was upset because we were moving. & not taking the house off of his hands.it also had barrel for furnace fuel oil for heat & costs 1000.00 just for winter months..just for heat & had no insulation not even in the attic etc...but we always paid him timely never late & when problems arose we contacted him immediatley..in fact in july on the 28th 2008 i had heart attack in middle of packing..we asked him to have extra week bfore moving out due to heart attack he said no...it took me 4 months to pack to move to ohio & now i had 4 weeks & after the first two weeks had the heart attack..even waited on heart catheter until moved to ky due to time crunch to get out of house..i even workeds o hard i passed out onto bleach- on the bottom of bed where boxsprings usually are(we have nautilus bed like sleep comfort) i was in bleach for 3 hrs -chris found me passed out & the rght side of face had chemical burns so bad that it looked like a car crash victim..i even sent pics by email to max he

6th disability cont'd-..i also have to have my spine cemented, which i will feel like 25 again to get rid of the lower back pain...(I had accident -was passenger in car in 1982 & the driver was in a really thick fog bank & followed the fog line off road down 25 ft embankment)..( goiing 22 mph ) i had just looked st the speedometer, it was really bad I remember it like it was just yesterday..the fog line took us directly into a guard rail & straight down a 25 ft embankment...the car looked like a crushed accordian nose first...where i was knocked unconcous & found curled in the bottom on the floorboard of the car..2 of the pssgrs in the back seat went up the 25ft embankment & found a home to call for help...they had to put me on a backboard & carry me up the hill without dropping me..at one point i started slipping off but they got me back on it....but i broke my back & temporarily paralyzed ..they did painful xrays & my l-1 vert. thru my l-5 vert had been crushed & my spinal chord was severely bruised...hadnt been severed thank god... literally...i would have been totally paralyzed for life.. ..my chord was severely bruised, my cheekbone was completely gone... crushed into little peices, my sinuses were crushed & had numerous surgeries later that year wire in jaw etc...anyway..now that u know our total lifes history...the bad thing is the credit cards that after i became disabled i couldnt pay on & the cards were used to keep a child (9 months old) safe from a lifestyle with drug abusers, drug dealers & guns etc lying around his house....I had to help... even if it ruined my credit history...before that My credit history was immaculate only 1 late pmt in 1994 on my car.....my credit for 20 yrs was perfect credit!....shouldnt that should stand for something.

4th disability cont'd- but i couldnt sit back & let a drug user/dealer in las vegas get custody of our grandson..it wasnt fair to alex our grandson...so I had no choice. so now my credit shows 3 credit cards that were turned into collection..they woudnt work w/ me on the balance...so they took it to court...but what i also found out is that my social security medical disability cant be garnished...its my only income..& I was relieved but really wished that jessi would have kept her promise & made the pmts like she promised & paid them off...I would still have excellent credit then. I mean really...its not like i went out & charged a ton of stuff & didnt pay for it...i'm not irresponsible..my grandsons life was in dire need for help to get away from his father & his faqthers environment. the last thing we needed was a drug dealer owing a higher up drug dealer & alex's father being in debt to the higher up drug dealer & alex beig in the living room when this higher drug dealer comes to get what is owed to him & his father not having it & then all hek breaks loose & guns firing etc..thats not an environment for a small child 9 months old... i'm ill & have social security disability I havent been out of the house except for dr's visits or testing at the hospitals etc I dont spend frivolusly either i still have my clothing tht i've had for years & was always size 0-3 ...

2cnd disability cont'd I wanted to buy a house back then, but daughter was single parent & my grandson was going to be turned over to his father by default if jessi didnt get an atty to reperesent her & alex. alex's father.was young & always into trouble w the law and into drugs etc.. jessi & alex were living w/ us here in louisville at that time (2004) & chris, (my spouse) he couldnt continue to work due to his health issues..he tried every type of employment, but his entire life he had been in gaming (a casino manager, shift manager etc) he was always in management & wasnt qualified for anything else ..but that was irrelevant..he cant function in any type of employment. he has been trying to take care of his mother with his health comditions & my health conditions & he cant... its put so much stress on both of us..its literaly killing him..I have to find us a home to finally settle in & get his mother in a facility where she belongs so she can get the care she needs....so in 2005..his income diminished down to only his va disability (which is 920.00 now but also goes up by % every year... but he has filed for his ss disability..& also has filed for va disability hearing on his 70% disability to change to 100% disability also...contid 3rd disability

12th disabilty-cont'd- never even raise dour voices..but we went from raising kids & AT THE AGE OF 18 THEY MOVE OUT RIGHT??? NOTTA..but they are our kids so we help them until they can do it on their own...and we have but then instead of chris and myself having just the two of us & our critters living in oiur own home one that we would e buying not renting, but one that ican say thisis my home...but now we had his father move in in 1998 his alzheimers & he was elderly living in vegas ..didnt want him to be a stastic...then he passed my mother passed my fsther pased but after dad fonzi pased we didnt get to live in our home just chris & I we had to move to ohio to take care of his mother!!! ok fine did that butnow she's so far gone she needs 24 hr medical care have to live out of my room i cant take the accidents she has and chris & I still have never lived alone together not once...when we were in ohio his brother that is 43 was livig in moms basement...and chris would have to take her to the dr..chris would have to get her groceries for the two of them, chris would have to get prescrips for her, take her and his bros dan 43 mind you...living in her basement for 5 yrs now..not paying a dime, not clening not doing anything for her ..he gambles alot & he wont listen to anyone..but he was always at our house 8-9 am andwouldnt leave til 11 pm or after into the early am..we would even say to him goodnight danny...are u going home? he would say nope just watching a little tv will turn off the tv and the lights when i leave...for gods sake...43 & has to be spelled out? so needless to say we still werent livg alone without anyone in our home...then we had to get mom out of that house..dann never cleaned and it was ready for someone to come in and claim its not it to live in...but dont know how it is..just no we moved back to louisville to our cont'd

11th disability cont'd- WE NEED TO HAVE A HOME FOR THE FIRST TIME JUST A HOME WE CAN FIX UP & CALL OUR OWN...our lifestyles had to change dramatically when i got ill we went from each of us bringing 40-45k yr to 40k yr..then we went to 15k a peice right now...thats sick..its so hard we had a savings & stocks but those all went to child support & to raise 3 teens that are now grown & thee were personal problems that the kids got into when they were teens that required alot of money..& his brother gambled away the rest..thats another story in itself...please now that u know everything about us and the road is a long one...i justqwant to have a home to call my own , to be able to paint it a different color, add some texture & not half to worry about asking the landlord first & to put money into something instead of making othrs rich off of our hardships...it kils me ...for any of you that are reading this if you have good health....KEEP IT & while u have your good health make what u have to get your home & make sure that nobody will get in your way or use your love for your parents against u so it in turn causes your poor health..you have one chance to live on this earth make the best of it LAUGH, LOVE, &FOREMOST LIVE!!! I would give anything to have 4 years of my pay set aside so i could buy ahome. everything was put into our kids & taking care of others...chris & myself got engaged 3 months after we started going out...then when we moved our childrend got into trouble , counselor etc but we saved them from being a statistic and they are assests to this soviety today..but chris & I for 14 yrs have taken care of somonee...the kids together 14 yrs (26 yrs together including the prior yrs to out relationship...) but for 14 yrs together chris & I have never been able to have the dream....love each other, have chldren, buy a home, live happily ever after...our first 9 yrs we never aregued,

10th disabilty cont'd- didnt care..he was mad because he wanted his house sold & we weren't going to buy it..so another reason we were upset we told him that the airconditioning went out & it was 101 ' outside & about 120' inside. it was the end of aug early sept & was having major heat wave..without airconditoning & he idnt fix it until the day we were moving out ...he came down to ohio & had an air conditioning company have a man meet him so he didnt have to be without aircondtioing..but we were suppose to pack & load a 4 bedroom home etc. I was told to sue him & I was so angry & hurt that this man we thought was nice turned on us like a pitbull we have always paid our utitlites our rent & our bills & i'm 47 & from the age of 18 to now 47 i've always paid my bills & had xcelent cvredit..so after 20+ yrs of xcellent crdit these credit cards are on my file..so how does one that has total disability & has a guaranteed income that they could even take it directly from my bank acct..i pay all my bills that way. & WITH ALL THE FORECLOSURES & ALL THE TAX PROPERTIES OUT THERE WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND A HOUSE & PAY A MORGTAGE...WE PAY MORE FOR RENT THAN WE WOULD A MORTGAGE SO HOW DOES THIS FIGURE INTO THE ACCOUNT OF ALL THINGS...PLEASE HELP ANY ADVICE ANY HELP i'M REALLY PHYSICALLY ILL & THE STRESS IS COMPOUNDING MY ILLNESSES & CHRIS HIS BLOOD PRESSURE WAS SO HIGH THEY TOOL HIM OFF IN 3 MIN OF TEST...WE NEED TO HAVE A

8th disability cont'd- didnt get to see him.. she always had excuse..even to this day even after the court order filed i 1999 for joint custody. she fled that night & moved out of state again & chris once again coudn't find her ..he was to get visitation that wknd after court..so its been almost 15 yrs & sean turned 18 this yr & stil chris has never been able to see him for 15 rys....its awful & inhumane to keep a child from a parent especially when its a good parent like chris.- all of our kids are grown, married, ages 26-26-25 & living on their own one daughter bought her own home just last year (yes the one that owes me about 13k for atty fees...but I dont say anything or hold anything against her..I'm just thanking god she got custody & not the drug abusing, drug dealing biological father that alex has...but to my question... sorry..chris & I both have steady incomes due to our disabilities.. that cant be garnished..they are first & formost due to medical conditions that have no cures..we will have these disability checks for life-not garnishable..and will be rec'ng more after chris has his day in court with social security disabily & also to have va disabilty amended & changed from 70% to 100%. we have always paid rent 1000.00 a month &always paid our utitlites & never late & never owed them anything. I've known , loved, & lived w/ chris for the last 14 yrs we've always paid our monthly bills before due date or on due date never late & always paid credit crds off . so doesnt the last 20 yrs count? &

7th disability cont'd-.. along with chris's credit was immaculate until his ex wife had her car be repossessed..(she wanted to ruin his life any way she could) and he was the co-signor on her car...she didnt even tell him...she had left him & left the house bare & trashed... she took eveything xcept for his bed..he had nothing & the kids had nothing... she took all the dishes, tv, computer,hutch, u name it she took it one day when he was at work... she didnt tell him she wasnt making pmts because he was paying her 1500.00 month on their credit card.(.which was to take care of their son, age 3- sean & to make the pmt on the car)..(he should have arranged to make it himself..but he didnt expect her to throw away a brand new car just to ruin him).. he did it thru a cedit card so she could get anything that sean his son needed & he had records of the pmts made to her & it showed the state she was in when she took money out... (his son was 3 at that time) when she fled with everything & chris coudnt ever find her.. she always moved every 3 months & by the time he found her she had moved..he also had to work full time casino mngr & take care of his two other children from previous marriage..(he had full custody) they were 8 &9 yrs old)..until 1999 when his ex- ended up in vegas & he got to serve divorce papers & he got joint custody & he showed proof of how he had paid her from nov 1993 to oct 1999 - over 25k in money to take care of his son sean even though he never ever got to see him or talk to him & even without a court order telling him he had to pay...he did it without order because he loves his son...but he still

5th disabilty contd- now i've gained 35 pounds due to stress, not eating, & no sleep- I just had tests ran & they found scarring on 2 ventricles of my heart from a heart attack i had in august 2008 & just had my gallbladder surgically removed. they also found that I have a growth on my backside of my kidney & my adrenal gland is either enlarged or it also has a tumor/growth on it..they just did mri./.I have medicare for insurance ( thank the lord.). once these are all taken care of & his mother is in a facility that she needs desperately..stress levels will be -0- & sleeping will be much easier (she is up all night hallucoinating, yelling & doing alltypes weird stuff, part sundowners & part alzheierms) its ugly..& my health will improve by 60% if she's gone & I can actually get morethan an hour sleep at a time.my question is finally...sorry...once we get his mother into a home for her alzheimers etc we want to buy ahome of our own... no more moving...we were moving due to his qualifications & history & #yrs experience in upper management...he was enquiring thru all mngmt positions for upper managment..he wanted to be a casino mngr again..so I told him in the beginning I will back u in what4ever u decide to do for your career... and now that we are both disabled & neither of us can work in any type of employment..(the meds we take are eonugh in themselves for each of us) .

3rd disabiltiy cont'd his atty has all his medical files etc & states that he wont have any problems w/ getting full 100% thru va & thru ss disability so his 900.00 a month will be 3k a month when its finished....anyways back to jessi & filing for custody for her son alex..(our grandson) & at that time there was a court date in 2 days that she needed an atty..so the only way i could help he,r was using my credit cards to put her atty fees on them & she would make pmts once it was over & she had a job...needless to say it took several months in the court system & the atty needed 5k for retainer & jessi had to fly back to las vegas or she would be found in default & a warrant out for her arrest. My income of 940.00 & chris's va of 900.00 couldnt cover the credit cards..i told jessi that it was crucial because i worked so hard to obtain excellent credit then when chris had to stop working, we had to depend on our disability incomes... it was too tight to pay for the credit cards.(thats why I paid them off in full the month prior so we wouldnt have any other bills just our monthly expenses) now we had this problem of atty fees the retainer of 5k that she said she would make pmt on so it wouldnt ruin my credit..she knew I wanted to settle down & buy a home now that we didnt have to find gaming employment & both chris & I were disabled for the rest of our lives. .i wrote them explaining what the situation was...because i had paid both cards off in full 3-4 times prior to this custody-atty fees problem.

We have a purchase contract for a house located in Mayfield, Kentucky. Our original closing was set for Dec 16th, and we've signed two extensions and are now supposed to close by next Fri, Jan 9th. The seller is about to enter foreclosure. The only hold up is the seller signing some forms for USDA/Rural Housing (who holds her mortgage) so that the payoff amount can be released to our loan officer at US Bank. The seller is refusing to sign because they want her W2 forms and has told her agent she is going to show them. Is there anything we can do to enforce this contract? To get the forms signed and move on to close the deal?
