I just found out that the owner bought the house in 2004 for 75,000. There asn't been any upgrades. What price should I give the owner? By the wayI will be here for 5 years.

We are planning to put the house up for sale in April and right now are in the middle of painting and sprucing up. When should we start looking at new houses? I am nervous that I would fall in love with a new house and never get rid of my current home. What should we do?

i've been getting emails from them for months and trying to unsubscribe but they've given me not method. I've tried and tried. If I anyone knows how to get off their stupid list please contact me at ryan@mungounlimited.com. I made the mistake of listing a house with them approx. 6 months ago. Since then I've received 0 leads, 0 customer service and at least an email every week asking me to update my status with NO way to delete my listing. I hate this site so much.

Is it advisable to purchase a house that has less square footage but is nicer than the comps, like having a new kitchen, nice yard, swimming pool? if someone purchase this house, in future, does it hold its value? Is it advisable to purchase a house that has a potential, but has some crappy inside, or a smaller house with nice upgrades? I am not that good at spending my time to work on upgrades. 1. A nice updated kithcen with modern appliances and Stone counter top.2. Big Master Bedroom with a good master bath.
3. Nice yard with a in ground swimming pool.
4. Good square footage.

I like a house that is priced around 200K but zillow's zetimate is around 165K. What should i do? Will people consider me as a stupid if put an offer on this house?
