I and my wife are lookingto move in the Alpharetta / Duluth / Johns Creek area. We are looking for a house which is less than 10 years old within a community with swim and tennis. What would be your suggestions. We would be looking for anything west or esat of Old Alabama Road upto Abbotts Bridge Road.

We are a British family looking to move to Alpharetta/Roswell and have a budget of around $500,000. Looking on the internet, it seems you can find amazing homes for this amount, but I am worried about buying in a bad area. What should I look out for and how can I research this from a distance?
