i found a house im interested in on this site. i know the history and that the previous owner has passed on. but i cant find its status any where. is it still on the market? i know it was foreclosed but dont know how to go about tryn to buy it. please help me. the address is 232 hala place wailuku hi 96793

Why is there no information on the purchase price from the last byer on your Kauai properties?

When Zillow allows the purchase price the current seller paid to be removed or non obtainable this becomes like or less than any other real estate web site. The transparency of the market for the consumer was Zillow's strength, I guess the realtors pay to keep the information difficult to obtain.

In Hawaii, the maximum loan amount for Jumbo FHA is $793,000. Only 3.5% down
payment required plus closing cost. Do you know of any with no down payment?

Is there a way to select and show only the properties on your map that I want to see? Big help

It would be a big plus for us and Zillow if we could see only the selected properties we want to see. Then is could be printed out for easy navigation when viewing properties. Is there a way to do this presently? Aloha. -Tiki
