I want to purchase a house for $210,000 and rent out my condo for a couple of years. I can probably get $550 a month clear for my condo after paying association dues and taxes. What should I do? Stay in my condo thats very nice but has no yard, and continue to save my money, or buy the house and make monthly payments.

Under California Real estate law. Can you back out of a sales agreement for a home purchase for any reason, such as getting cold feet or you just decide now is not the right time to buy even if you've alreay been approved for a loan?

There is a house on a short sale market and which is just accepting backup offers. Is it a good idea to have the selling agent write a backup offer for me on this house? He was the one who showed this house to us.
what provisions should I include in my offer? I am very new to home buying and want to make sure that I watch for things I should in this short sale.

The house you have listed as a 2 bedroom 2411 n adoline ave 93705 is incorrect. This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath not 2 bedroom. How is this information given to you?
