I am looking to buy my first home, and after bidding 10k over the asking price on 4 houses, just to be outdone by investors I am starting to get discouraged. I live in AZ where houses are actually affordable at the moment, This was my big chance, or so i thought. My question is how much more do i need to offer to be a contender?

when you have the square footage and type of house wrong - how do you complain too -

House is listed as a single story with 2111 sq feet - it is really a tri-level and has over 22,400 aq feet - your wrong informaiton prohibits re financing and you should be held aaccountable for your incorrect informaiton.

Contract has Closing Costs 3% of price + $700 home warranty can I use the $700 for points instead?
