When I click on the Home Info tab I don't get to see details like patio, fireplace, etc.

I am helping son buy first house, FHA non owner occuppied co-borrower in Murfreesboro. I have heard about THDA assistance following the tornado in Rutherford Co, but I can't find any information about it.

Have 10 wooded acres on Rock Haven Rd., off Gum Puckett Rd., and I'd like an informed opinion of values, and other things pertinent to perhaps selling the property.
It shares a 1000+ ft property line on it's NNE side with the Rock Haven (Nudist) Resort and the single lane road is paved.
