A home I'm negotiating on is located right in front of a proposed interstate system set to begin construction in 2014 and finishing up in 2020. If the government needs my property to build the highway, will I be compensated for the entire value of my home or just the part of land they needed from me?

This home was built in 1971 and is located in Scenic View Subdivision close to Utica, In but in Jeffersonville, IN limits. Is this a good area? The river is by the house too and I wonder if mosquitos are not a problem.

I've seen many many homes that I would love to buy but when I go to look up the house for sale it always ends up not there. I need to know how can I find a website that almost has every house in your area listed and a contact number to see about buying it!!!
