I am applying for a HomePath Investor loan. The property is one of 32 units sold out of their 150 units, the other 118 are owned by the original assoc. The other issue is that the association FS Residential and the insurance agent were extremely unresponsive, rude, and almost impossible to reach (they take several weeks to reply and do not answer the phone), if reply is bogus and incomplete information, never telling you what is going on, even after paying, they do not reply proper documentation back, it is all a big disarray, feel as if really attempting to discourage any purchases in this condo. In addition, the master loan insurance had expired, they had requested a new one, but it is not available for 60 days, and agent refuses to answer any questions about the policy. The bank was able to obtain some information on the policy but required additional changes from the association as they do not meet Fannie Mae guidelines for:&nbsp;<div>"The master insurance is unacceptable under FannieMae guidelines due to the hazard policy having 100% coinsurance without an agreed amount endorsement to waive the coinsurance penalty.
