Why has "See comparable homes" been changed to "See nearby similar sales" removing the sort ability

There was formerly a "see comparable homes" link you could click that would take you to a screen of decent comps. This screen was sortable by column and was very useful when you're trying to determine the possible market value of a given house. Now, the function is called, "See nearby similar sales," and the sort functionality has been removed from the resulting screen. This is a significant usability reduction. Can I get back to the old way?

Home information is quickly becoming less accurate -- Why is that?

I have noticed over the last year or more that the home data, in particular the square footage and bedroom/bathroom counts, have become less accurate. What I am seeing is that instead of having a value, more and more homes are coming up with a zero (0) or dash (-) in these fields. This appears to have been happening more and more over the last 18 months. When I check these homes on the county website, the information is there. Is it possible that Zillow needs to re-updated its data from the county -- or whatever its source is?

Settlement Costs

Settlement Costs:
   Closing Costs    $14000
   Escrows Required by Lender    $2,500
   Buyer Reimbursements to Seller $x

I know it depends on many factors. But would you consider these numbers to be fair for 295k mortgage?

Closing Costs&Escrows end up being 5.5% of the mortgage. I'm just trying to understand if it fits the averege Settlement Costs.

I bought a house in 1992 and refinanced in 1999, adding her name to the mortgage. We just sold this house in November 2008. In May 2008 she bought another house that is only in her name. We are not married. Would she be considered a first-time home buyer? Thanks.
