House we're interested in had a 63k drop in value on the latest zestimate. What could be the reason?

The house has continuously had a zestimate over the asking price, but had a drastic drop at lastest zillow posting. What could change the "value"? Other homes on the street did not have this kind of change (-63k). Any ideas?

In CT, do I owe the seller (bank) for remaining heating oil if not included in the contract?

At my closing, I was surprised to be presented with an invoice for remaining heating oil to be paid to the seller (bank). It wasn't written in the contract or in the HUD but my attorney said it was "customary." Am I legally required to pay?

I'm wondering what kind of questions should I ask, I want to know how much utilities are and if the window treatments are going to stay, but I'm sure there's a lot more important questions that I should be asking that I'm forgetting, does anyone have a list or a website I can go to for a better idea?

Is there any independent organization that rates K-12 schools and provides a simple to understand rating system (e.g. stars 1 low - 5 high) with optional details if needed?
