The property value at 1310 Judson Drive in BoulderCO, has gone down. What factors have caused this?

Particulary, zillow shows this property has gone down and the other homes in the area are stable. Just curious.

I intent to buy a house. but basement has a kitchen without permit.
What should I do? ask sell to apply?
or is it ok there is a kitchen before I buy?

While rebates aren't for every buyer, if you are doing your own property searches on Zillow, odds are they're a great option for you.

20 minutes drive worth 100K ?

We are planning to buy a townhome in Boulder, CO. Average price is 350 K. If we go to suburbs, we can get it for 250K. Just wondering whether daily drive of 20 min (oneway) to work is worth the saving.
