Bank is Asking for a second APPRISAL and to recheck the comps.

For the REO Property we are buying, but here is the problem. He got the house inspected 2 days before it went into Escrow (7-20-09), I had been after him to get the
Home and Termite Inspectors out there. He finally got the House Inspected for
Termites on Aug. 3, 2009. Was the Agent right in waiting so long to get the Termite
Inspection done, also can we back out of the Deal, due to what was found.

Can the Tax Credit be used for Closing Cost.

I was told that the $8,000 dollar Tax Credit could be used for Downpayment or Closing
Cost ( First Time Buyers), but when I asked our Lender, We were told that the Tax
Credit could not be used for Closing Cost at this time. The reason I inquired about it
was I read an Article dated May29,2009, that stated First Time Buyers could use this
Credit now instead of having to wait till you filed your 2009 Tax Return. Thank You.

now i want to buy a house and the lender is telling me i need 12 months of checks proving im not making the payments for that car...are all lenders like that or just certain ones....and how long does it take for it to show up on ur credit report....thanks
