I just purchased a home that was advertised on Zillow.com. I now realize that the old photos are still out there. Not only have we remodeled, so the photos are inaccurate, but I also don't feel comfortable that anyone out there on the internet (burglers, nosy neighbors, etc.) have the ability to see the inside layout of my house. How do I remove the photos of my home, since the previous owners posted them?

How is making an offer on a house owned by a relocation company different than an individual owner?

I would like to buy a home located at: 101 Jay St. Scotia, NE 68875
The home needs a lot of work but I am willing to fix it up. How do I find out how much the home is worth online? Can I look up what the property taxes are online?

Looking to take on Rental/Investment properties..... financing help?

I am looking to take advantage of the forclosure market, and was hoping to pick up on some properties to use as rentals/investment properties. I am wondering what the lender will look for as far as qualifications, requirements, down paymnts, etc? Also, is the rate on an investment property usually higher than a loan for promary residence?

I already have a 30yr fixed on my home. I have very good credit (730+), a great job with good income, and have paid all bills on time since I can remember. No bankruptcies or repo's. I would like to pick up a few rentals in the $750-$100K range, and would like to put as little as possible down assuming that I will be getting each property at roughly 70% of value/appraisal.

Any ideas on where to start or the best, most porductive way to have finances in order before looking, and suggestions on what I can expect in "reality". Thanks for your help and input.

Rudimentary Search Capabilities on Zillow

Zillow needs to update their search capabilities to match that of other real estate sites. Many of my searches don't pull up listings that I know are there and they don't properly target the criteria I enter. For instance I want to look at houses in Council Bluffs IA, the search brings up listings in NE&NC. I can't look at houses from $150,000 to $170,000. I have to look at listings from $150,000 to $350,000. I tried finding a $299,000 house that I know is there and it did not show up in the search.
