Can anyone tell me what the average Buyer Closing costs would be for a cash home purchase? I live in Oregon and the home price is about $65K .

Incorrect data on zillow

We recently made an offer on a home and we're in the closing process. I tried looking it up on zillow but it's coming up with wrong information. The address is 5516 donohoe ave, eugene OR 97402. Zillow is not even finding the house. And on the map, the wrong address is showing on that house. I am 100% certain that I'm looking at the right house but it's showing 5524 donohoe.
