does it take Zillow to update.
I closed on the 18th and my house is still in wrong town and appraised at close to
$200,000 more than bank appraisal. Eppraissal.com was right on target except it had the house listed twice with two different values. No way to fix errors and no one to answer questions.
Seems like a lot of bad data thrown out there. Good thingI de not rely on Zillow to buy.

Question about $8000 tax credit

Currently I'm not eligible for tax credit according to my income level. Assume I buy an apartment in July and get married in September. My and my potential wife gross income fits that limitations for tax credit. Will we be eligible for that or we must be married before buying home in order to be eligible?
