Our unit was brand new when we moved in as it was being built. We have lived here 2 years now. We are looking to sell our MINT townhome and we are looking to purchase a home together with her aunt and uncle who we are very close with. They live in Staten Island and are looking to move to Dutchess County to be closer to us. We have been looking at mother-daughter/inlaw suites/ multi-family, but are having a hard time finding something suitable. We are looking for help on both ends as we are looking to get the ball rolling. We even considered the idea of purchasing a BIG single family home and making a inlaw suite for them. We recently visited The hills at Lagrange toll brothers community. One of the models we visited was very nice. We even had talked about them moving into the huge basement and customizing it to make it feel like home. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!</p><br \><br \>2 replies Fri, 10 May 2013 03:40:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Looking-to-sell-our-home-and-ourchase-another-in-dutchess-county-ny/491604/ 2013-05-10T03:40:00Z How can I obtain one of these homes from this web-site http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/How-can-I-obtain-one-of-these-homes-from-this-web-site/478567/ 1 reply Thu, 14 Feb 2013 03:46:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/How-can-I-obtain-one-of-these-homes-from-this-web-site/478567/ 2013-02-14T03:46:00Z Do you make and or have a system to place referrals to agents in certain areas? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Do-you-make-and-or-have-a-system-to-place-referrals-to-agents-in-certain-areas/441236/ 1 reply Wed, 02 May 2012 18:16:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Do-you-make-and-or-have-a-system-to-place-referrals-to-agents-in-certain-areas/441236/ 2012-05-02T18:16:00Z First time buyer of investment property that did not appraise.
