What are the BEST public schools in Redlands Public Schools?

We are moving to Redlands and cannot decide which schools are the BEST. This will determine where we buy. Suggestions/comments?

What should we offer for our "best and final" offer?

There is a REO in Redlands, CA - the asking price is $74,250. It's in a nice area. The house needs some work, and some of the rooms might not be permitted. It's listed as 1300sqft, 2b/1.5b, 8850sqft lot.
Every room in the house needs to be painted. ALL the floors need to be replaced (carpeting and linoleum). Some doors need to be replaced. The kitchen definitely need to be updated, and the half bath basically needs to be torn out and re-done.
Our first offer was $90,000 asking for 3% closing costs. We really want this house - it's one of the few opportunities we've seen to buy a home in a nice part of Redlands that we can actually afford. What would you suggest?

How do I find out info about a forclosed/auctioned home?

There is a home with a note posted on the front door that it has been forclosed and turned over to a bank. How can I find out how to place an offer on this house or when the auction is? Who do I contact about auctions?

homeowner with 100k mortgage (6.875%)with around 150k equity (1994 home)...debt to income ratio= 20%...annual inc = 120k...ficos high 700 to low 800...planning to upgrade to a newer 2nd home (275-325k) to live in (make the former as a rental?)...is this viable???should we refinance first...whats the worst/best case scenarios...we r excellent savers/good investors...45 and 47 years of age ...need advise...thank you
