$6500 for move up buyers, will you take advantage of the credit?

The expansion of the home buyers tax credit has been extended and expanded until April 30, 2010 (active miltary thru endof 2010)- homeowners who have lived in thier house for 5 years and are looking to move up into a larger home can apply for $6500 tax credit. Although it falls a bit short of the $15k the industry was looking to get this is still a great incentive to buy!

Will you take advantage of the opportunity and the current buyers market? Where when and what are you looking for?

How are consumers able to know what area these listings are in. You list street names but not the subdivision. Frustrated due to the fact that I am entering a subdivision and zip code and am lost as I scroll thru your list.

HUD Secretary announces that the $8,000 Tax Credit for qualified home buyer's may be used as a down payment. "FHA's approved lenders will be permitted to "monetize" the tax credit through short-term bridge loans. This will allow eligible home buyers to access the funds immediately at the closing table."
